This is the President’s speech, Mr. Kitti Damnernchanwanich, the founder of Suankitti Group or Kitti Wana Wood Tech Co., Ltd., the first commercial founder of eucalyptus seedling business in Thailand, along with industrial development in various fields in order create value added to the wood planted, creating income and jobs to Thai agriculturist. The company progressively develops new strong seedlings suitable for various areas in the country and also meets international standards.
The first Eucalyptus Nursery was established in the year 1989 with the objective of production eucalyptus for planting in the area of Suankitti Group until the company achieved in plantation. Therefore, the company has encouraged farmers in the Eastern region to follow its guidelines. At present, 233 varieties of Eucalyptus or seedlings of Suankitti have been applied for Registration of New Plant Varieties and 37 varieties of plants have been certified. In addition to operating the eucalyptus business, Suankitti Group or Kittiwana Woodtech also expands expanding its business to other areas. Currently, there are subsidiary companies as follows:
Eucalyptus Technology Co., Ltd. (Research and Development Business)
The company has a primary mission to continuously research and develop new eucalyptus species for commercial purposes. Its developed eucalyptus species are growing well in all areas of planting landscape. In addition, the company develops new species that have been thoroughly selected to have different qualities by implementing tissue culture technology, resulting in eucalyptus trees developed by Suankitti are of a good quality, giving a high yield, having genetic resistance to insects or diseases, giving good quality products suitable for a variety of industries using wood , such as timber, processed wood, wood chips, fuel and paper pulp.
Eucalyptus Technology Co., Ltd. (Seedling production business)
The company has an important primary mission to select quality master seedlings on seedling plots originated from tissue culture, controlling the seedling culture by professional academics in the greenhouse both temperature and suitability in seedling placement as well as controlling the seedlings standards. In addition, the company also inspects the quality before delivering the seedlings to customers in order to provide maximum satisfaction to customers.
Forest Plantation Organizing Group
It is responsible for forest plantation, consisting of Suan Mai Tawanork Company Limited, Mai Dee Sriprachin Co., Ltd., Chao Suan Kaset Co., Ltd. and Eucalyptus Thai Co., Ltd.., conducting a comprehensive commercial forest park management covering of eastern region areas as well as developing and managing to get quality products that are worth the investment with the vision of executives and employees intending to manage an economic forest plantation to be accepted and meet international standards.
At present, the forest plantation of Suan Mai Tawanork Company Limited has been certified for the international standard for sustainable forest plantation management and received FSC-FM certification to assure that the forest plantation developed by the company is operated under good management standards and sustainability in terms of economy, society, community and environment.
Samachik Songserm Co., Ltd.
The company has been established since the year 1995. It promotes the commercial eucalyptus plantations for farmers and those interested and buys raw materials back into the factory with products price guarantee. The company sells good quality eucalyptus trees with a complete range of services with staff to give advice about the breed to suit the planting area, treatment, maintenance, planting alignment, firebreaks. There are also staff members to follow the wood when reaching the cutting cycle in order to assess the quality before cutting the wood back to the factory. Currently, we have many branches of companies covering almost all areas in the country with more than 25,000 member countries, resulting in we shall not stop developing the quality of seedlings and services by 3 key principles.

The company has been established on 27 September 2001, conducting a business of buying raw materials from agriculturists and the subsidiary companies to produce various products, including:
- Peeled Wood Chip for selling to customers in the pulp group
- Wood Chip with Peel for selling to customers in the board industry
- Timber for selling to customer groups of wooden pallets and other useful wood
The company sells the products both domestic and foreign markets. The company focuses on producing quality products and selling standard products with the company vision of “We do not ignore the partners. We have a stable purchasing point and a system to verify the source of wood accredited by international standards which are able to compete with the world market.”
Siam Pattana Machine Co., Ltd.
The company operates a business of providing large machinery for the entire group of companies, such as backhoes, wheel ploughs, tractors in order to efficiently conduct the eucalyptus garden business and support for all affiliated businesses for flexibility and convenience. Siam Pattana Machine Co., Ltd. also provides various maintenance plants which deem a center of Suankitti Group. In addition, the company also provides other services outside the area, namely:

The main mission of the company is to provide rental services for 4 large warehouse buildings with an area of 11,000 square meters, including a standard concrete yard which is able to support the weight of 3 tons per square meter on an area of over 40 rai, located adjacent to the major roads, namely No. 331 Road, No. 304 Road, No. 359 Road and near various industrial estates, namely Rojana Industrial Park, 304 Industrial Park as well as various utility systems. In addition, the company has provided a total of 102 rooms and other facilities for staff of the affiliated companies or outsiders working in the Khao Hin Son area and nearby areas.
Chot Hiran Wanich Co., Ltd.
The company engages in the residential real estate business in the type of monthly rental apartments called Taranun Apartment, located at Bang Wua Sub-district, Bang Pakong District, Chachoengsao Province behind the ESSO – Km. 40 petrol station. There are a total of 3 buildings consisting of 231 units, operating since 1 August 2019.
Ritti Wong Wanich Co., Ltd.
It operates fuel energy business in response to the demand for fuel resources of consumers at present. The company has officially started its operations for 2 branches.
– 1st branch: Esso-Km. 40 petrol statsion, starting operation on 16 February 2019.
– 2nd branch: Esso-Km. 124 petrol station, starting operation on 28 August 2019.
Apex Industrial Park
It is situated at Hua Samrong Sub-district, Plaeng Yao District, Chachoengsao Province on approximately 2,300 on the area of 2,300 rais with complete facilities and utilities. The Apex Industrial Park is located in the Eastern Economic Corridor Development Project (EEC), which is a place to support the transportation industry, logistics, agricultural products processing industries. In addition, it has the capacity to be a distribution center for industrial sectors and entrepreneurs who need space for the construction of companies or industrial factories to support the expansion of the industrial sector in the future, as well as creating jobs and generate income for the people in the area.
